RESERVATIONS
Seating is limited on most tours so we ask that you send in your reservation as soon as possible
with a $50 per person deposit for multi-day tours and the full price per person for a one-day tour.

PAYMENT POLICY
You will receive one detailed invoice after receipt of your deposit. Final payments are due 30 days
prior to the tour departure, unless otherwise stated.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND TRIP INSURANCE
Trip insurance is available for all multi-day tours. Information is available from our office, let us
know if you are interested. All trip insurance must be paid at the time you pay your deposit.
If it becomes necessary for you to cancel a tour, the following
cancellation/refund policy would apply.
1.) If you cancel prior to 4 weeks before departure of a multi-day tour or one-day tour, a full refund
will be given.
2.) If you cancel 4 weeks or less before departure of a multi-day tour, a refund will be given minus
a $50.00 administration fee and show tickets or hotel rooms not refunded to Dare To Dream Tours.
3.) If you cancel 2 weeks before departure of a one day tour, a refund will be given minus a $15.00
administration fee and show tickets not refunded to Dare To Dream Tours.
4.) No refunds will be given for any no-shows.

FINAL TOUR INFORMATION
At approximately two weeks prior to the departure date of a multi-day tour, you will receive an
itinerary, with departure times, luggage tags, and hotel information. We always reserve the right to
change hotels or restaurants and shows with comparable quality when the need arises.

LUGGAGE HANDLING
Dare To Dream Tours, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles or luggage.
Luggage is limited to 1 small overnight bag per person, and one large bag per person. Dare To
Dream Tours will handle only the large piece of luggage during the multi-day tour, and you will be
responsible for handling your carry on bags.

SEAT ROTATION
All Dare To Dream Tours will have seat rotation when we have 30 or more passengers. Each
morning the seats will be rotated. Some people may not rotate due to handicap issues, those will
be at the escort’s discretion. The first seat on the door side will always be for the tour escort.

RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE
Dare To Dream Tours, LLC of Saginaw, MI, and its operators and escorts, providing the services
mentioned in these multi-day tours and one-day tours act only in the capacity as agent in
arranging the various arrangements which are made available and therefore, assumes no
responsibility or cannot be liable for delays of arrival or departure, theft, accidents, loss, damage
or injury to person or property or for any condition beyond its control, or for loss or expense
occasioned thereby.
